Our Story
Nearly three decades ago, founder Brett Elmore traded in his sign-making tools for tattoo needles, turning his lifelong love of art into a new creative journey. In 2000, he opened Bullett’s Ink in Mount Airy, Maryland, building a reputation for quality, integrity, and personal connection.
